4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• Maintaining accurate account information.
• All activities performed using your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Violate WhatsApp Business policies.
• Send illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content.
• Upload malware or harmful software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use the Service for unlawful activities.

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. WhatsApp Compliance

OneChat is a CRM platform. Users are responsible for complying with:

• WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies
• Applicable privacy laws
• Local telecommunications regulations

We are not responsible for account restrictions imposed by Meta due to policy violations.

7. Subscription & Payments

• Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription.
• Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, designs, and content related to OneChat remain the property of the company or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of your contacts, messages, and business data.

You grant OneChat permission to process such data solely for providing the Service.

10. Privacy

Your use of OneChat is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneChat shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the preceding 12 months.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
